As a retired Air Force officer and pilot with 22 years of service, Chad knows the PCS process from the inside: report-no-later-than dates, house-hunting trips squeezed into a few days of leave, BAH and VA loan decisions, and the stress of buying or selling a home from across the country. That firsthand experience makes him uniquely suited to guide service members and their families through every step of a move, with a particular focus on the community around Randolph Air Force Base. Chad considers it an honor to serve those who serve.
Chad's last PCS brought him to San Antonio in 2020, and he retired here in 2025. He now brings the values his military career instilled in him — honesty, mission focus, sacrifice, and service — to his real estate practice. Chad has been happily married to his wife, Kelly, for 19 years, and they have four beautiful children.
